All our products are currently made in Canada except for bulk products and promotional wear.

Is there any way of coming to try on some clothes?
While we are located in the greater Toronto area, please note that we operate exclusively online without a physical store. Feel free to Contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements for you to try on our scrubs.
Do you offer group rates or bulk orders?
Yes, we do offer both group rates and bulk orders. For these, please contact us and we will get back to you.
Can I be notified when a colour or size is back in stock?
Yes, we do have a Wish List and back in stock email notification setup if you wish to be informed when a garment is back in stock.
Do you have an Ambassador Program?

How do you “name” your garments?
As a family run company our garments are typically named after our family members.
Do all proceeds from Sales of the James Top goto charity.
Yes, all the proceeds of sales of the James Top go to the Charity designated by James and his family. We support the James Tan Invitational annual golf tournament in James’ memory as well.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
The time to receiving your order varies by your location, time of year, holidays and if you’ve chosen embroidery. Please see our Shipping and Handling Policy.
I think I inputted the wrong address on my order, how can I be sure?

Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order. But of course, any order can be cancelled. If, however, it has already been shipped you will have to follow the Refund Policy.
Can I get a discount code?
We do have a discount code that can be applied to your order when you sign up. The code cannot be applied after the order has been placed.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes, once your package is ready for delivery you will receive a Tracking Number to track your package.
What are your delivery fees?
Our current delivery fee is a flat rate of $10 in Canada.
