GreenPAW gladly excepts returns within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, in the original packaging including any GreenPAW hangtags attached.
Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please email info.greenpaw@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
Non Returnable Items:
The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:
- Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
- All items marked “FINAL SALE”
- Final sale items also cannot be exchanged
- O.R. Caps and Masks are non-returnable
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
GreenPAW reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
Return Instructions:
Please email info.greenpaw@gmail.com for us to send you a return label. Depending on your location return shipping fees may apply.
When we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
GreenPAW is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
