With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the chest and across the shoulder blades.

Waist

Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger bet

Body Length from HPS (High Point Shoulder)

The total length of the garment, measured from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) down to the bottom hem.

Sleeve Length - CB (Center Back)

Measured from the center of the back neck, over the shoulder, to the end of the sleeve.
